its unbelievably hard to do! trust me, i've tried. i suppose its actually a very ignorant thing to do but i suggest just relax and take deep breathes the grab the ankle you want to break, and twist it as hard and as fast as possible :) hope it helps!

Unless you have access to hospital-grade or illegal drugs - you can't. Fractures HURT, end of story. Also, they don't always heal quite as they should and may well leave you with remaining discomfort. It would take a VERY extreme situation for deliberately breaking your foot - or any other bone for that matter - to be a sensible course of action.
