∙ 14y agoThe last answerer lied! It is impossible to battle Prof.Oak in any game but I have heard of a glitch in Pokemon Yellow where he uses glitched up pokemon! Hope this helped! ^_^

The summit of Mount Silver. (Just west of the Victory Road entrance, at the end of route 27. He's got Level 88+. I don't remember the levels of all of them But he has a Pikachu, Blastoise, Venasaur, Charizard, Lapras, and Snorlax. Beware, Snorlax has EarthQuake, and Blastoise has Blizzard, Pikachu has Volt Tackle, and Iron Tail. And the other pokemon all have strong moves.
