go to cerulean city and use waterfall to get to CRULAND island. after that you use whirpool to get into crevice cave and there you will find a kimono girl. she will give you a DARK puzzle to solve and after deoxys will appear on level 52 and depending on the eevee form you have depends on the type of form he appears at. BY THE WAY TO DO THIS YOU NEED ALL 12 STARTERS AND A JIRACHI AND A CELEBI AND A RAYQUAZA. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WOBBAFFET AND A DITTO AND A DUNSPARCE ON LEVEL 52.

∙ 13y agothere is no deoxys in hear gold unless u use action replay.
The only legends available in Heart Gold are:
a. Ho-oh lv 45
b. Lugia lv 70
c. the legendary dogs all lv 40
d. all the legendary birds all lv 50
e. Giratina/Palkia/Dialga- lv 1( u can only get one but can only work through the arceus event)
f. Latias lv 35

∙ 12y agoYou cant. But u can if you buy Pokemon ranger guardian signs and download the Deoxys and the Odd Temple mission, then complete it. P.S You will have to complete it with a friend that has that game. You can then trade it to Heart Gold or any other DS Pokemon game.
