You can actually do face exercises. Start off by having a straight face, and then smile as big as you can, and then frown. Repeat this for about 2 minutes. That should help with making the face slimmer. To get rid of a double chin, you must stretch your bottom lip out with your jaw muscles and move your whole head up, then down. Repeat for about 2 minutes. It's kind of hard to explain, but once you figure it out, you'll start to feel the burn.
