Why were you disqualified? If it is because you failed the ASVAB, you can always take it again. If you only failed by a tiny margin, it may be possible to get a waiver.

Are people crazy after they get out of the Marine Corps?

No. They certainly will have taken their experiences in the Marine Corps into their psyche (with both good and bad effects), but there's no basis for making a blanket statement that even a minority of them would be considered crazy (in even layman's terms, let alone clinically crazy).

Who was the first Marine Commandant to have his picture taken in cami's?

Who can become the Commandant of the Marine Corps?

Any General Officer (as of Oct 19th 1922; Prior to that, lieutenant colonels and colonels were able to be elected) who has 30 years of honorable service in the Marine Corps, and has a letter of recommendation from any current congressional member. That letter is taken up with the other candidates to be screened for who out of all of them is the most suitable on paper to lead the marine corps. The final word is given by the commander in chief.

How can you practice for the asvab?

When you see a recruiter they will ask if you've taken the asvab if you say no they will give you a shortened version of the asvab, I think it was 50 questions total. The only addition I have to this answer is that the shortened version is called the Enlistment Screening Test (EST). I have taken it, at the Navy Office. It doesn't count as your score, it just gives them an idea of where your ASVAB score would be for tween they talk possible career interests, and what you realistically can and can't qualify for when you take the actual ASVAB

The marine corps continued to emphasize global strategic flexibility and reemphasize the corps but why?

Your question is a little fuzzy, but I'll take a go. The Marine Corps has always prided itself on it's amphibious and expeditionary nature. With the end of the Cold War, combating smaller, localized threats have become the dominant characterization of today's combat operations. As such, the Marines have been the leader in developing and honing their expeditionary, 'small war' tactics. Their expertise in this can be backed up by the latest round of budget restructuring in the Department of Defense, in which the Marine Corps was the only branch not subjected to massive budget cuts. The other branches have taken suit and are moving towards becoming more expeditionary in nature.

What does your ASVAB have to be to become a military police?

It may depend on which branch you're in; your best chance is to visit your local recruiter. If you've taken the ASVAB, the recruiter can pull up your files, and they can give you the entire list of jobs for which you qualify, but you do not need high scores to become an MP.

How do you find your ASVAB score once you have taken the test?

The formula to derive the AFQT "raw Score" is 2VE + AR (Arithmetic Reasoning) + MK (Mathematics Knowledge). This formula results in the AFQT "raw score," which is then converted into a percentile score. [cited from ABCs of the ASVAB. pg 3. by Rod Powers About.com]
