More muscular activity increases testesterone , also some diet programs contain foods that increase testesterone levels. There are also hormone pills that may be given by a doctor to men with a lower level fo testesterone. ( Taking one of those pills while having a normal testesterone level and without asking a doctor may lead to nearly fatal symptoms).
