Depending on what level you are chooses what you should do to level up quickly. For example, Levels 1-10 should either do quest or run dungeons. Levels 10-20 should do shadow missions or harder dungeons. Levesl 20-30 should just spam shadow missions. Levels 30-40 should spam harder shadow missions. Leves 40- 100 should spam Difficult dungeons, Difficult Shadow missions (the hardest you can go depending on what cumulative level you are), and do quest that give at least 100k exp such as g9 finals and such. (also while doing shadow missions it would help to use shadow crystals, you can buy those using nx.)

kill the hardest monster that you can kill over and over and over and pick up the money or make a party and let them kill the hard monster and then you take the money that it drops and you also get some of the exp when a party member kills a monster and if you kill it you get bonus exp

I believe that isn't very efficient, for the gaining money part. I believe that you should wait on events, and collect as many of them as possible. Later on u could sell them off for 1-15mil if 1-30 equip anything above level 80 equip could get you over 100mil or so I've heard. Happy hunting!

Sell your things in free market by getting nx. You can also sell nx which i heard you can sell for a lot 25k Nx for 250mil. You can also go to leaprecans and pick up from them because they drop 1k each

1-10 Starting point (Ereve, Maple Island, Rein, Utah's Farm, etc.)

11-20 Octopus (west of kerning city in hidden street)

21-30 Kerning Party Quest (At kerning city sewer), Ariant PQ (Portal)

31-50 Monster Carnival (Talk to Spiegelman)

51-60 Ludibrum Maze Party Quest

61-70 do carnival party quest (portal)till lv 70 or keep killing monsters example

60-61 kill 1million red snails. don't try

71-100: do Romeo and Juliet. they give good exp

Well, you have made great points here. But the big bang patch will make ur thing pretty much wrong. 30-50 u should rombot grind. Here I'll help, these are for mechanics, but not very useful for the other resistance jobs.

1-21 quests and job/ resistance quest in Edelstein.

21-30 grind at Big Boulder Munchers until you level up.

30-50 Rombot with speed grind as hard as u can. (meaning u and the opposing party summons as many rombots with speed as possible, u get 200 exp for one rombot)

the rest are up to you, I'm not a very hardcore player, but I at least know a few decent tricks up my sleeve.

leeching is the fastest way BUT u should play normally when u hit about 70-80 u may want to leech and maybe even 120 -130 seeing as those r the hardest points in the game. then again u may needA LOT of money about 8 mill for harp leech 13 for skele etc. and u may get lucky some people will leech for free. you should train on your own too

Certain quests can give you mesos, but by far the easiest way is selling items you find/get or by killing monsters, in which case mesos pop out in the shape of coins.
