If a tooth is hurting, then you should probably not pull it out. You should probably get a oral anasthetic, such as Anbesol or Orajel,( i have anbesol) and numb the tooth. You will not get any pain. After a while, the tooth will get out of its numbness and begin paining again. Keep applying (every 2 hours atleast once) and it will probably not pain for you. DO NOT EAT HARD FOODS! If something gets stuck in that gap, it will hurt a lot!
If it hurts unbearably, consult a dentist. I had to get mine extracted.
Hope I helped!
Get the tooth fixed by a doctor. Tylenol and Advil may help, but until you get the infection removed, it will keep hurting (unless the nerve in the tooth dies. But when that happens, it's probably a deep cavity and you'll need a root canal to fix it.)
a temporary fix would be to rub some toothpaste (preferably sensodine) into the painful area, but other then that make an appointment with you local dentist and get them to take a look, you might need a filling to stop the ache.

Yes if you have a toothache can they still do sergury inside your mouth?
Yes, usually when you have a toothache because of the nerves it does affect the ear.
There would be no logical reason to assume so _________________________ No. There are over-the-counter oral anesthetics such as "Ora-Jel" or "Numzit" than can alleviate the short-term pain of a toothache, but the toothache will not go away until treated by a dentist. Sorry about that!
