To obtain an official transcript, you must contact the Office of the Registrar at the school. Because of the Privacy Act, they will need a written statement from you, authorizing the release of that transcript. In addition, they will want a fee for the service.
You can get a transcript of your college grades by contacting the college records office. You will have to pay for the transcript to be delivered to your home or whatever job you are applying for.
For UMD, College Park alumni: Sign onto Testudo, and select "Applicants & Former Students" from the navigation column on the left-hand side. You can download an unofficial transcript or request an official transcript be mailed to you or employer/grad school.
