How can you recruit Opera Vectra in Star Ocean Second Evolution?

Opera Vectra is an optional recruitable character that you can only get if:
- You haven't already recruited Ashton Anchors.
AND
- You saw the three-eyed man running through Krosse before entering Krosse Castle for the first time.
If you have met both of these requirements, you can first meet Opera in Hilton, after the Tournament of Arms in Lacuer. If you follow Opera back to Krosse and request an audience with the king, you will be permitted to go on a quest that allows you to travel to the Mountain Palace (between Krosse and Kurik). Go there and after the events of that quest, you will meet Opera, and have the chance to permanently recruit her.
The last opportunity to fulfill these requirements is before the mission to the Hoffman Ruins with Leon.
Note that if you recruit Opera, you will also have the opportunity to recruit Ernest Raviede later in the game. There is no way to recruit Ernest without Opera. However, recruiting Ernest means you will have to choose from among the last three recruitable characters in the game.

You can only get Dias if you have a game as Rena, you cannot get him as Claude. You do not actually recruit Dias until about midway through the game, after all the buisness at the front line, you get on a boat, when you are stranded on the shore go left and Dias will be waiting. Hope this helps :)
