Although speed (amphetamines and methamphetamines) are highly psychologically addictive (meaning, using them makes your brain crave more of them), they are not physically addictive (meaning, a meth addict doesn't get sick when he quits meth, the way an alcoholic or a heroin addict does). I tried it only few times,till I started to see I was doing it too frequently. And even though I only did few times,it was enough to make me crave for it when effects were gone.Most of what helped me was to cut 100% of the bad influences and ocupy my mind with lots of other different things.Cut off certain kinds of friends,change phone number,think all the time:"I DON'T NEED IT IN ORDER TO HAVE GREAT SEX,OR FOR BETTER PERSONAL PERFORMANCES",try to always remember the great and awesome moments you had without it,before you tried theat drug....... But unfortunatelly,a lot of what helped me and worked for me might not work for everyone else. Try to be around more friends that doesn't do drugs and or make more new friends that don't do drugs and try to get very busy and distracted with them.

in the hospital they gave me an anxiety med to put me out therefor my blood pressure stabilized better..
