You can't stop turning red (its a chemical reaction) but you can stop getting embarrassed, it takes a lot of practice. You need to ask yourself what embarrasses you and why and try to change the way you think about those particular subjects or situations and once you do that you will eliminate the embarrassment which will eliminate the red face. You should talk more about the subjects or face the situations that embarrass you so you can get use to them.
