The best thing to do is to bring her into your vet. If you aren't experienced enough to palpate her yourself (and judging from this question, you aren't) the safest and surest thing to do is to have a vet examine her.

She starts to develop nipples and her belly will get bigger, she might throw up sometimes, and she will get very lazy.

The teats will be swollen and eventually the dog will begin to put on weight. There is no way to tell if a dog is pregnant immeadiately after intercourse so only time will tell.
