The manufacturers usually recommend 40 watt globes (because they don't get as hot), but you can get away with 60 watt globes, and possibly 75 watt but not for long periods. However, if you are at the end of the distribution line, or if your electricity supply has a history of voltage drops below the normal level (eg 230V instead of 240) then put in the 40 watt globes or you will be forever replacing them.
Its usually marked on the fixture itself.
Edison base in an open porcelain fixture can be 300 watts
mogol base in an open porcelain fixture can be 600 watts
if its a recessed ceiling fixture perhaps 75 watts if there is proper clearance
read the instructions very carefully if there is fiberglass insulation over a ceiling fixture it turns into an oven or a furnace depending on how the venting is achieved.
small articulated hi intensity desk lamps usually have spacers so they can't come close enough to paper to set it on fire.
fixtures have a specification of minimum clearance to combustibles.

In the US most common fixtures for a residence are rated at 60 watts. Use this as a 'rule of thumb' unless you find labeling to the contrary.
You would need a 12 Watt flourescent bulb
Yes, you can put a fluorescent light bulb in your floor lamp. You need to see what size bulb the lamp takes, but most sizes can be purchased as florescent bulbs.
In a floor lamp or table lamp a #16 wire is what you need.
To find the resistance necessary, one would need to know how much current the bulb draws. If one knows the current the bulb draws, then one would subtract the 14 volts from 120 volts then divide that by the current the bulb draws and one will find the resistance needed. Once this has been done, one would need to multiply the current drawn by the voltage drop to get the wattage rating necessary. Another important detail to note is that the power dissipated by the resistor will be much greater than the power consumed by the bulb itself. Finally if the bulb burns out the voltage across the contacts will be 120V. I would not recommend using this method to drop the voltage for the bulb.
Need to know the voltage of the mixer.
1 clear, colorless 60-watt candelabra light bulb, small base. They are made for certain by GE.
you don't need a bulb
what size of bulb do you need to replace a reverse bulb in a w registration fiesta
the parts store will know what headlight bulb number you need and the size when you tell them the make and year of your vehicle.

Remove the old bulb and you will know the correct one to buy.
You would need a 12 Watt flourescent bulb
An E26 bulb socket is also referred to as an Edison medium screw in base lamp holder. These are the everyday size lamp bases that are used in North American homes. The bases larger that this are called mogul base and one smaller that the E26 is candelabra.
Depends on the refrigerator. Check the owner's manual for the right size.

The price of a silver candelabra will depend on the size of the item and the amount and quality of the silver in the piece. Prices will range from the cheaper silver plated to antique silver.
