This occurs through vaporization, either by evaporation or boiling.
Water molecules in a liquid state are in dynamic equilibrium with the atmosphere: while some molecules are leaving the surface as a gas, others are leaving the gas phase to merge with the liquid. Evaporation, normally caused by heating, occurs when more energetic molecules are leaving the liquid than are returning to the liquid. At the boiling point, all of the molecules have sufficient energy to change phase to gas, and will do so if there are nucleation points. Otherwise, liquid may be superheatedpast the boiling point and spontaneously flash to steam when nucleation occurs. This can be observed by (carefully)stirring water that has been heated in a microwave to over 100°C.
evaporation and vaporization
Water turns into a gas when it is heated
evaporation
Evapration
It is the process from when a solid turns into a gas.
condensationCondensation is where water vapor turns to liquid. The process is where gas turns to water then vapor and then turns back into liquid.
Water vapor is simply water in the form of a gas. Liquid water turns into water vapor through a process called evaporation.
The basic process of rain is this: The sun heats up water, and turns it into a gas. Then the gases rise and form clouds, and when dense enough drop the water as rain.
There is no process that "turns water to earth". Alchemy has been discredited for centuries.

When liquid water turns into a gas or vapor, the process is evaporation. When solid water (ice) turns into a gas or vapor, the process is sublimation.
Evaporation and vaporization.
condensation
The evaporation is the process that turns into a gas. If we never had the sun... No processes would work.
Boiling - when the liquid is heated to a gas. Evaporating - when the air temperature is hotter than the surface of the liquid so the water turns into water vapor or a gas.
they are same because they are part of the water cycle and they are different because evaporation is the process by which water changing to gas but condensation is the process by which gas changing into water.
It is the process from when a solid turns into a gas.
Evaporation.
Conensation is the process in which gas turns into a liquid state. It is considered the opposite of evaporation, which turns liquids into gas.
When it turns into gas, it is evaporation. When gas turns into water, it's precipitation.
