to unlock lloyd, you must be able to beat the adventure 1-player version on normal. Watch out for the last level though. It's very hard to beat and I advise you use the character you are best with. To unlock Lloyd in Super Smash Flash, beat Adventure Mode with any character on Normal Difficulty. A slow computer will lag on the Floating Islands stage.

In Super Smash Flash, unlock Lloyd by finishing Adventure mode as any character after having one full hour of play time. You can tell how long you've played the game by going to Data, then clicking on Melee Records, and then clicking on Misc. Records.
