You can copy the dictionary files from one machine to another - using a USB stick or similar.
Click Start > Computer > C: > Program Files (x86) > Open Office > Program
Once there - look for the two files labelled dict_ja.dll and dict_zh.dll
Copy those files to a pen drive or other removable storage, and copy them back to the same location on the destination computer.
