the easy way to win it is to try, save, turn off the DS then turn it back on again .Change the date to the next day, then try again! Simple, annoying, but the asy way. (If it takes 40 million years i told you its annoying!)

∙ 12y agoTo win the Pokemon Platinum lottery, you have to match up some numbers from the lottery draw to your Pokemon IDs the prizes are as followed:
If you match up 1 number, you will receive - Ultra Ball
If you match up 2 numbers, you will receive - PP Up
If you match up 3 numbers, you will receive - Exp. Share
If you match up 4 numbers, you will receive - Max Revive
If you match up 5 numbers, you will receive - Master Ball

∙ 13y agoIt's all up to luck. It does become easier if you have many different ID Pokemon as that determines a winner. If all of your Pokemon, both PC and Party have different ID's, there is a 0.546% chance of getting the grand prize. The smaller prizes, however are much more likely.

∙ 12y agoEach ticket you get has 5 digits they represent ID numbers each pokemon you get will have your ID number which you can see on your trainer card. Every pokemon keeps there original trainers ID number so when someone trades you a pokemon you will recieve that person's ID number along with the pokemon. Winning the lottery depends on these ID numbers if the digits match the one's of your pokemon or others then you win.
