Well, actually a frog egg is not living. But, the creature inside it can be. You know when a frog inside of a frog egg is dead when the egg turns brown.
Because little white bits are in the jelly. This userally means they are dead.
no
Frogspawn is white, with a black dot in the middle, which makes it look like an eye!
Frog spawn. They grow into tadpoles and then, in time, into frogs. I believe a female frog lays frogspawn, masses of thousands of small eggs.Spawn.

It would depend on which body part you had. If you had their head, or heart, then I would say yes you can tell if they are dead (they most certainly are in this case). If you had an ear or finger, then no you could not tell if the person were dead.
They lay very similar eggs, but it would be called toad spawn. Frogspawn is usually laid in clumps and toad spawn in strings.
An egg is just called 'an egg' but in collective terms many eggs are called 'frogspawn' or 'toadspawn'.
In still water lakes or ponds.
