In Philosopher's Stone, Hermione mentions that she heard Dumbledore was in Gryffindor. It was also confirmed in the Pottermore welcome video for students sorted into Gryffindor House.

Professor Snape took five points from Gryffindor house because he claimed that library books were not to be taken outside the school after he found Harry reading Quidditch Through the Ages in the grounds. Harry, Ron and Hermione were sure he had made that rule up on the spot.
The House Quidditch Cup competition wasn't held, due to the Tri-Wizard Competition. I can find no indication of who won the Inter-house competition, though the Leaving Feast is pretty well covered.
Harry was relived that he managed to prevent Voldemort from returning. His efforts gained last minute house points that helped Gryffindor win the house cup, which rounded off a good year for Harry. Ultimately, Harry was sad to be going to the Dursley's for the summer, but happy that he would return to Hogwarts where he felt truly at home.
