It was Christ teachings which changed the world. Mankind has always sought after peace of mind, Christs teaching gave him that if man lived by every word that Christ taught. He said "As I have loved you, love one another". He changed the way people thought about children by forbidding things like the use of orphanagesand godparents. Also he changed the way people thought by making people believe in things like: Always have trust in people and and stay true to your faiths. Also, because of Jesus, many people devote their lives to serving others, not worrying about THEIR needs and desires.
Hope this helped :D
Jesus brought people closer to God through his teachings, miracles, and personal example of love, compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness. He emphasized the importance of faith, repentance, and following God's commandments to attain spiritual salvation and a relationship with God. His ultimate sacrifice on the cross is seen as a way to reconcile humanity with God and offer the possibility of forgiveness and redemption.
He died on the cross fulfilling God's plan to provide salvation.
When Adam & Eve sinned against God, sin entered the world. To redeem the world from sin God sent his son as a sacrifice for sin. Jesus' death on the cross paid for EVERY SIN (by anyone)...that has ever or will ever be committed. Then ....His resurrection evidenced his power to set us free from sin.....To be saved you must believe and obey this Gospel....Jesus lived, died and was raised from the dead....
By Grace..................(getting what you don't deserve) Eph. 2:8-10
Through Faith............ comes from hearing God's Word Rom. 10:17
I think it was when he died on the cross or rose from the dead. I don't know really. Its one of them. Or it was the First Dinner or what ever its called. Its when he is sitting with all the people and he says something like "This is my blood.... This is lamb skin.." Something like that. I should know this cause i go to church but i don't. I don't like paying attention
Actually, to say that Jesus brought people closer to God is not entirely correct, that is not the language of The Bible, nor is that the experience of a Christian believer.
What the Bible speaks about is a miracle of dead person becoming alive, and not referring to raising the physically dead, but a much greater miracle of bringing to life in God, those who were spiritually dead, Ephesians 2:4-5 - "But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)" So that, just as a dead person cannot be brought closer to life, a spiritually dead sinner cannot be brought closer to God, but Christ brings us to God by imparting unto us his life, 1+Peter 3:18 - "For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit"And Jesus Christ can give us His life, because He took our death, by offering himself as a perfect, spotless sacrifice for sin (that separates sinful people from a holy God), and when we trust in Him, we change from being enemies of God to children of God, and from being dead to God to life in God through Christ, John 5:24 - "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life"
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
He just went out there and talked to everybody
He showed the world the way to live under oppression
Being the living example of the Law of God, humbly obedient to the Father's Will and doing all His good works.

In the Gospels, God is portrayed as speaking through Jesus, who taught and performed miracles to demonstrate God's power and love. Jesus used parables and direct statements to convey God's message of love, forgiveness, and salvation to the people.
Christians hope to achieve salvation and eternal life by following the teachings of Jesus. They also aim to cultivate a closer relationship with God, live a life of love, compassion, and service to others, and spread the message of Jesus to bring about a positive impact on the world.
Sin is in our life, and because of sin we can't be close to God. Jesus came to earth to be the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. When Jesus died on the cross he took away the sins of the world. All we have to do is accept Jesus to be our Lord and savior. When we do that we then have a relationship with God! We can pray through Jesus straight to God. We will also grow closer to him the more we talk to him. If you obey listen and talk to God you will be close to him. The first step is to accept Jesus and publicly be baptized in His name.
his prophetic role was to tell the world about the Father (God) and try and help people to rid of their sins and connect closer to God
God became man (Jesus) to teach his people and lead them closer to him, but most importantly Jesus was sent to die on the cross for our sins so we can be saved and live with him in eternal life.
Jesus' death, burial and resurrection paid the price for all of mankind's sin. By accepting Jesus as your Saviour, you accept his gift of eternal life in heaven with God the Father.
There is no verse in Hebrews 1 that could bring into question that Jesus is not God. On the contrary the chapter puts forth Jesus very well as God.
It helps me become closer to God and Jesus
No, yoga means "communion"--it can bring you closer to God.

Jesus Christ did not bring Religion, He brought the word of God. It was after he departed the people felt it was right to follow after him by introducing religion.
Many people get upset when you bring up the subject about Jesus, God, or religion. It could be compared to a vampire exposed to sun in the movies. That comparison is made thinking in the people who live a live and don't want Jesus.
because it brings you closer to God and it is a big sacrament of our faith
Saint Mary wanted to spread the word of God because she believed in the teachings of Jesus and wanted others to experience the love and salvation that comes from following God's word. She saw it as her mission to share the Good News with others and bring them closer to God.
