∙ 13y agoWe were separated from God because of sin. There was no connection between the divinity of God and the humanity of man. Therefore Jesus became human or humanity so that He could exchange his divinity for our humanity. Once Jesus died on the cross, he allowed us to receive righteousness in place of our sin.
God loves us so much, that He knew we could not go up to him, so He came down to us. And with the shredded blood of Jesus, who is the lamb of God, we will experience His divinity in death, when we will have glorified bodies, because Jesus took on humanity and became a human.

∙ 13y agoIt is important to know that Jesus was human, because it better helps to understand that Christ is not. Remember that Jesus is earthly and Christ is heavenly. Jesus was human, so He knew firsthand the temptation, stress, and limits that we go through.
Jesus wasn't immortal, so His body got tired. He was even asleep on a boat during the storm. He was awaken by his disciples. He got up and commanded the storm to cease, and it calmed.
Jesus was tempted countless times, but He never sinned. Jesus got angry, just like we do. That shows that being angry isn't a sin, it depends on your actions when you're angry. Many think that Jesus sinned when He got angry in a temple. But they were using the church wrong and used it like a store/market. How would you feel if someone came in your father's house, set up a table, and started selling things?
He went through what we're going through. He knows how easy it is for us to be tempted. That is why it's important to know that Jesus was human.
Jesus was human means he was able to die in order to save our souls from sin.
