Obviously, there were not a lot of entertainment options at the time. Books were not in wide circulation and anyone with half a brain could only take so much of that crappy reeorder music and those inane puppet shows - so Shakespeare had the brilliant idea of becoming an actor.
If you mean, how did he get involved in the entertainment industry, the fact is that nobody knows. He was almost certainly an actor before being a playwright, but we don't have any idea when or howhe started being either. If you mean, how did he get himself cast in the plays, the fact is that after 1594 he belonged to a theatrical company, and everyone in the company got a part in everything they put on. They had to hire extra actors to play the small parts.
He ran away from home and got a job. His job was feeding the horses from the theater. Then he got interested in play writing.
Shakespeare became involved in the theatre sometime in his "Lost Years" between 1585 and 1594.
There is no hard evidence. He suddenly shows up in the records in London as a newly successful playwright. We just do not have the records to reconstruct an accurate picture.
To earn money.
It depends what you mean by "Shakespeare's theatre". Do you mean the theatre which was built in 1996 and is called Shakespeare's Globe Theatre? Or do you mean the theatre company which he joined, the Lord Chamberlain's Men, which was founded in 1594? Or do you mean the tradition of Elizabethan theatre of which Shakespeare was a part, which started in about 1560? It could be any one.
None of the theatres Shakespeare was involved in changed their names.
Sometime between 1585 and 1590. We cannot be more specific than that.
Shakespeare became owner of a 12.5% share in the Globe Theatre in 1599. His share in the theatre decreased over the years. He became the owner of a share (of 12.5 %) in the Globe Theatre. Obviously other people owned the other 87.5% of the theatre.

Nobody knows, or even has a clue. Anyone who thinks they can answer this is guessing.

Sometime between 1585, when the twins were born, and 1592, when Robert Greene quoted from his play Henry VI Part 3. This part of Shakespeare's life is called his "lost years" and it is sometime in this period that he became involved with theatre.
