Maybe, maybe not. We have no way of knowing as it has yet to come out (as far as we know.). BUT in case you were unaware, in every Legend of Zelda game Link and Zelda are reincarnated, and since Nintendo chose to go in this direction, the characters can die and still be in the next game. Meaning, if she does die that does not mean it will be the last game and if she doesn't that doesn't mean it is not. As long as people keep buying games with the Triforce on its cover the series shall not end and the legend shall live on. No pun intended.

--I think she technically dies a bit past the end of all games (except Oot, with MM as its direct sequal). Link always seems to reincarnate (not Zelda), but Gannon never truly dies. He can be imprisoned if he's gravely injured.

Ganondorf does not die because he has the Triforce of Power and whenever they try to kill him, they cannot and have to settle to seal him in the Sacred Realm, which is a place outside time; therefore he doesn't really age there.

Zelda is not reincarnated (Link is though), the name Zelda is given to all the princesses of the Hylian Royal Family, and therefore she inherits the position, it wasn't her past life.

Okay. Being reincarnated doesn't mean rising from the dead. It means being sort-of born again. So, technically, they can die and be reincarnated.

Nintendo understands The Legend of Zelda is a high selling series and will not stop making it. They will only stop when people lose interest in the game, which will not happen soon. Each Zelda game (besides OoT/MM and WW/PH) have a different Link/Zelda than the others. technically, every Link/Zelda died.

As the game series goes on, one notices that there are many, many generations concerning Link and Zelda. In the games, Zelda is never shown dying, but I suspect she just dies of old age (Not in the game) after giving birth to the next Zelda. Same with Link.
