Dumbledore was killed by Severus Snape on top of the astronomy tower by the killing curse.
Fred dies in the final battle in Hogwarts (book 7) from an explosion.
Tonks and Lupin die in Book seven. They both died at the Battle of Hogwarts. Lupin was killed by Dolohov - and Tonks by Bellatrix Lestrange
Dobby is helping Harry and a few others to disapperate from Malfoy Manor when at the last moment Bellatrix throws a dagger/knife that lands in Dobby's chest. (you find out after he apperates.)
