It's around episode 280-290 or so when Naruto takes control of his dark half and thus controling the nine tailed fox completely so then on you will see that naruto has like a golden fire on hiim which is actually the Nine tailed fox if you're wondering when Naruto turns like into half human half biju like all the other jinchuuriki can do it would be when he fights Sauske in episode 260 and also when he fights Orochimaru in episode 317

Sora could kill himself if he went 4-tails (cuz that's how many tails he can go to, no more--ultimate jinchuriki form for Sora). A battle Naruto VS Sora would have Naruto as a winner, because Sora would end up hurting himself, when Naruto would have slight control of himself.

Will naruto ever go 8 tails again?
It is unlikely that Naruto will ever go to his 8 tailed transformation again. Mainly because Minato Namikaze appears within his subconcious to stop him from releasing the 9 tails completely, and completely restoring the seal before departing. However, Naruto was given the "key" to his seal which was left to Jiraiya by Minato, then eventually passed on to Naruto by Jiraiya as he felt he wasn't coming back before his fight with Pain. After defeating Pain, in theory Naruto 'could' go 8 tails again if he wanted, but it is currently unknown how the 9 tailed demon fox's chakra will react to Naruto now he has full mastery of it.
