Scientific advances in astronomy, medicine, and other conflicts continue to have great effects on the way we live and face the world.
He change the peoples prospectives of the universe.
they both were scientist and both were astronomers and taught that the earth moves around the sun :)
Actually, Galileo had a large following among the Roman Curia, including the pope. However, Galileo got himself into trouble by teaching that the heliocentric (Sun-centered universe) theory was fact. However, at the time it was just a theory or hypothesis and Galileo even stated that he could not prove it. Had he changed his approach to the subject we never would have heard today of the controversy. Unfortunately, Galileo was not a humble person and had quite a temper and sarcastic manner and began to attack the Church in speech and his writing. Even his close friend the pope became the target of his rage. Of course, this did not endear him to the Church and he lost much of his standing with the Roman clergy.
Leonardo da vinci and galaleo Heliocentrism, or heliocentricism, is the astronomical theory that the Earth and planets revolve around the Sun and that the Sun is stationary and at the center of the universe. cientists such as Nicolaus Copernicus and Galileo correctly realized that Earth moves around the Sun, not vice versa, and thus cannot be the center of the universe.
it was answered in 1400 and someone found it. This had already been proposed by Greek astronomers Heraclides Ponticus and Hicetas in the 4th century BC (i.e. way before Muhammad lived and Islam was invented.)

Nicolas Copernicus proposed the heliocentric model of the universe, suggesting that the Earth revolves around the sun rather than the other way around. This challenged the widely accepted geocentric model and revolutionized the way people viewed the structure of the universe.
They were the first 'modern' (well, medieval) scientists to come up with the "heliocentric" view of the universe: the concept that the Earth revolves around the Sun and is not the center of the Universe itself. It should be mentioned that ancient Greek scientist had already discovered that some 1,500 years earlier, but their writings had been more or less forgotten by then. Well, not quite: it was much later discovered that Copernicus referred specifically to those earlier Greek findings in the draft of his book, but left it out in the final text.

By increasing peoples interest and understanding in others.
It's the wrong way to look at the universe from a pre-scientific understanding is because people believe that we are living in a imagined universe, where space is emptiness, stars are randomly placed and that we humans have no special place. This makes us think that no one is respected where we are and who we're surrounded by. Peoples opinions are different but almost nearly 1/2 or 3/4 of the world think we are not be be living in a awful place and that no one respects us and that we are a waste of time and a waste of space. this was written by a 12 year old who's in year 7
