How did the Egyptians make their alcohol?

they put the grains on a big flat rock (well the women did) and they bround it to flour mixed it ith water and yeast then cooked it. for wine they put the grapes in a barell then stood on it so they crushed it then they left it ti ferment until it became alcahole
