Jews were not happy to be classified as vermin and hunted like rats, degraded and tortured and murdered for the crime of being Jewish. This was deeply resented, and is still resented to this day. (Resented is the nicest word used to describe this feeling.)

∙ 12y agoI was not a Jew in WWII, so I cannot give you an amazing answer. You would do well to read autobiographies of Jews who lived during WWII - the most famous book, of course, being the diary of Anne Frank.
But I know this. They would have felt persecuted, because they were being killed for their religion/race. (It is, however, important for us to remember that it was not only Jews who were being singled out by Hitler - he singled out other ethnic groups (blacks, gypsies etc.) and the aged, disabled etc.) The Jews were hated the most vehemently of all the 'minorities' by the Nazis.
They would have felt many things:
- Confused - why is this happening to us? We have done nothing wrong.
- Angry - this is not fair.
- Injustice - "
- Scared - for their lives, their family's, their friends'.
- Persecuted - aforementioned.
- Vengeful - against the Nazis and Adolf Hitler.
- Panicked.
- Need to escape/hide - and many of them did hide out for a long time.
- Ashamed - of their race, because of the derision the Third Reich subjected them to.
And many more things. As I said, read some autobiographies.
