It killed thousands of people when we dropped bombs on Japan. many people died instantly and others died of radiation poisoning. after the second bomb was dropped japan surrendered,and world war two ended. It seems terrible and it is, but by doing that in the long run it saved millions.

∙ 12y agomostly luck of not being in highly exposed area as thermal burns and prompt radiation killed many or indoors as buildings collapsed then caught fire. They could not prepare as they knew nothing until it happened.
