very interesting question. Thinking about this I come to the conclution that the black death affected crime in the same way it affected many other things. A lot of criminals must have died in the croud that perished so I have to conclude many criminals died as a result of the plague. On the other hand, it may have helped more to the crime than to affect it. With a chaos like that some people could turn really bad due to the situation and the need to survive.
