Planets usually form when dust and debris around a star clump together through gravity. The clumps of debris will get larger and larger until they take on a spherical shape and form a planet. An object will become a true planet when it clears all the remaining debris from its orbital path. All eight planets in the solar system formed this way billions of years ago.
In our solar system? To put it simply, after the death of the previous star what would become our solar system resembled a massive cloud of dust. Over time (billions and billions of years according scientists and mere days according to creationists) the individual dust particles began to draw towards each other due to gravity, and as these "clumps" of dust grew larger so did their gravitational pull. Eventually these clumps became planet sized and where crushed into roughly spherical shapes by their own immense gravities.
From a rotating could of gas and dust that condensed the Sun and a ring of dust and gas orbiting the Sun. The Planets then planets accredited from the material in this ring. This means that they all orbit and rotate the same way.
Scientists theorize that before the universe was formed, it was all a very, very compact cloud of debris and other materials. Then after an unknown amount of time, the cloud exploded and for the first hundreth second, after the ball exploded, it was a hot soup of quarks, electrons, and electromagnetic energy.
As matter continued to expand, it quickly cooled and combined to form atoms. Over time, these atoms collected together into larger pieces of matter, which in turn combined to form the moon, stars, planets, comets, etc.
This theory is known as the "Big Bang Theory." This is the name of the theory due to the large explosion that had occured.
for thousands of years dust and stuff has formed together
The planets formed approximately 4.6 billion years ago.
they deleloped be being born i think=]
by God don't you know that
planets'
The spinning disk of dust that existed after the formation of the Sun caused dust clouds to form planets over time. Gravity caused the material to come together to form planets.
radiactive zone
this is known as the asteroid belt
the planets were formed by gravity because starts had gravity around them witch caused them to become bigger and be planets i think.. idk
planets'
planets
no
None Stars are gas Planets are solid
Planets have layers because of the gases that form in the solar system.
No. Planets form by a process called accretion, which is driven by gravity. Nobody creates planets.

No
A gas cloud. It must contain dust to form planets. (And lots of hydrogen to form a star.)
The spinning disk of dust that existed after the formation of the Sun caused dust clouds to form planets over time. Gravity caused the material to come together to form planets.
In the words of my physics teacher 'Not in your lifetime!' Planets form from a disk of dust and gas when the star is just a proto-star. Planets cannot form after the star has been formed.
