If certain things would not have been invented like the atomic bomb the allies wouldn't have won. or the v-2 rocket that is the same rocket idea that got us to the moon.

Actually, the allies would have won anyway. Though catastrophic for humanity the atomic bombs saved millions in what would have been a drawn out engagement with Japan. The Allied Forces were already beating Japan with tactics like island hopping.

"Technology" is not a thing, nor even a specific field of study. So, on the face of it, you are asking an unanswerable question, because what you are after can't be defined.

A more relaxed view can be taken, in that, like most significant wars of any length, several major fields of study made major (practical) advances during WW2, resulting in a very significant leap in technology in those fields. The most obvious fields which made major leaps in technology would be: Applied Nuclear Physics, Computational Analysis and Computing, Radar and related Electromagnetic detection/sensing, Rocketry and Jet Propulsion, Hydrodynamics/Fluid Dynamics, and Synthetics.

Remember that Technology is the applied branch of a field; we see technology as the practical expression of theoretical ideas, which, in most cases, have been around for a significant time beforehand; technology is the term we use for the practical development of working devices/uses for such theory.
