if there is no drainage from the spa the best way is to put a submesible pump into it and pump the water to where ever you want it to go. submersible pumps can be hired from most tool hire places.

I would NOT do that unless I were certain that the spa was built and designed to handle the change. Salt water can do serious damage to components that were not designed to withstand it.
To get the Spa 2 card on Moshi Monsters, you must retrieve it from the pool. Use a hook to pull the plug from the bottom of the pool. This will cause the card to be sucked into the drain. After being pulled into the drain, it will pop back up, and you will be able to grab it.
If your Spa is attached to your pool more than likely your valve actuator is not set in the correct mode.
I am in trade school becoming an electrician and i think what it is is simply a drain for a pool, whether it be a hydro-massage, portable, spa or hot tub and it allows extra water to drain properly. If there is any current leakage from a short circuit or anything in the water then it would be bonded because the leakage collector is bonded to the control panel. That's what i think it is .
