I doubt any manufacturer uses blueprints anymore. Most everything is CAD-CAM.
The closest you're likely to get (short of breaking into the Toyota Engineering Lab) is probably an exploded view of the engine like those shown in the factory service manual or Chilton/Haynes manuals. Your Toyota dealer will also have a parts fiche or computer that might be able to print out a detailed view of engine parts.

The fuel filter is located by right side of the engine...It's in front of the master cylinder..
One year and possibly some color options. The first year for the Generation II Solara (different body style) was 2004. Cheers
