First, u need to grab a rag, such as a terry cloth or a washrag and run it back and forth behind the window crank to snag the C-clip and release it. be sure to watch for it because it WILL go flying. Next, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the door handle guard, Then use a panel remover tool to pop loose the clips holding on the door panel. This will expose the speaker and bracket. you'll need to drill out the rivets holding the stock speaker in place. I recommend using Crutchfield.com because the send you everything you need to mount your speakers for little or no charge. the dash speakers are even easier, just remove the grills with a screwdriver and install new speakers
By the way, i installed Pioneer 3-ways in my doors and dash with no amp and they freakin scream. the door speakers are 6 1/2" and the dash speakers are 4x6's
