You need to jump off the box in hawk mode and fly towards the sloth swing on the left (not the one on the right which is higher up). After flying for a bit, quickly change out of hawk mode into sloth and then use the whip to grab the swing. You can then land on the crate and jump across the other broken crates to make it to the next checkpoint. Emma
