Spider-Man's powers are a work of fiction. Real people are not able to spin webs, crawl up walls or swing between buildings. It is fun to watch fictional films- but do not try to copy what Spider-Man is seen doing. Anyone who tries will only get hurt.
He is able to heal faster than a regular human, but not as quickly as Wolverine. While a normal human takes about 30 days to heal his or her wounds from injuries- Spider-Man is able to heal completely in just a day as Wolverine takes just an hour.
Look at how many people we honor as being brilliant today, who were ridiculed in their own time.
Most people are comfortable thinking inside of their safe little boxes. But those aren't the people who aid progress in any way.
I'm firmly of the belief that if it can be imagined, then making it real is just a matter of logistics.
I think we can rule out radio-active spider bites as an avenue to get there.
But the field of genetic engineering is still young. Assuming we aren't destroyed by some catastrophe, natural or self-inflicted, the code will be broken. Not only will we be perfecting ourselves, but we'll also be creating all sorts of new and wonderful animals and plants.
1) We may not be able to upscale spider webs to make them useful in the human world, but we can create other things that could do the same thing or better. Small tractor beams, for instance,
2) Once we figure out how gravity works, to the point where we can artificially generate it, it could be concentrated sideways or upside down, not exactly "sticking" a body to a wall or ceiling, but making those surfaces behave like a new "floor." (Regular gravity could be weakened or even nullified for the person in the spider suit, as well. In fact, highly localized manipulation of gravity could create the illusion of incredible strength. By affecting, say, The Rhino's weight, as tho he is standing on a low gravity world, Spidey would be able to easily pick him up and carry him.)
3) With the right advancement of technology, I'd say it's very achievable.
Yes he does he gets bitten by a spider in the neck and then he makes web shooters that he wears the only power that came with the bite was to stick to walls but shooting webs he had to make. I TOTALLY recommend that you whatch the AMZING SPIDERMAN I LOVE it!
No, Spider-Man's powers are not real. They are pretend and can only happen in fictional stories.
His body was genetically altered after being bitten by the radioactive spider- so that is why he is able to cling to walls and has his spider-sense. He created the web-shooters himself.
Spiderman is a fictional character, his powers are fictional too (not real).....no obviously not hes just pretending.
