They both share the prairies and the Rockies, and they both have long Coastlines and coastal islands, but Canada has no semi-tropical region like Florida and the US has no northern territory like the NWT. Coastal Alaska actually has a milder climate than the NWT because of the moderating influence of the ocean. Canada has no desert like the US Southwest. They both share the Great Lakes but there is no inland (sort of) body of water like Hudson's/James Bay in the US. Canada has plenty of rivers but there is no contiguous system like the Mississippi-Missouri-Ohio system although the Mackenzie system is very extensive. The US has no huge tundra with permafrost. There is no separate huge US island that compares to Newfoundland. and Canada has no Carribean territories or any Pacific island group like Hawaii.
