a union is an organization of employees who formed together to negotiate with their employer(s). a union usually has a president and a vice president that you can tell your issue to. they are the ones who then go to the employer and try to work it our peacefully ; if they can't work it out the union usually arranges a strike. 89% of problems can be fixed with no trouble at all. usually about twice a year the union will get together with some of the employers and important members in the company to do "Collective Bargaining" this is when they put all the problems on the table and negotiate though each one, if now all the problems are solve the issues can get worse or the workers can threaten to go on strike.
