Yes cats can get OCD. They get very very crazy and spin in circles and jump on things in a crazy manner. They can get very aggressive and try to bite you. This can be very dangerous because cats have a disease that turns your skin red and splotchy and it gets very itchy!

Well I'm no doctor, but i have ADHD as well as minor OCD. Animals get it the same way we humans do. You cannot "get it" like and illness. Rather you are born with it, yet it may show up more later in life...depending on the animal.
