In French, children say "grandpa" as "papi" and "grandma" as "mamie".
Grandma in German is "Oma" and grandpa is "Opa".
In Haitian Creole, grandma is "granmoun" and grandpa is "granpรจ."
Grandpa - "Dziadek"; Grandma - "Babcia".
To say "I love you grandma" you can say "Te quiero abuela" in Spanish or "Je t'aime mamie" in French.
In French, children often say "maman" for mom and "papa" for dad.
I don't believe the order is relevant; however, I personally say "Grandma and Grandpa."
