Regular doses of nicotine lead to changes in the brain, which then lead to nicotine withdrawal symptoms when the supply of nicotine decreases.

• have many different types of cancers
• develop tumors
• have yellow teeth
• yellow fingernails
• you will get wrinkles at about age 24
• you will die early----its guaranteed
• your mouth will develop bacterial pouches which can lead to gum disease

• you will be in excrutiating pain for your whole life (unless you stop)

long story short, it affects you 100%. Just don't do it and you'll have a nice life:)

As you become more and more addicted to cigarettes it makes your body crave them. A pack a day smoker (like myself) starts thinking about having a cigarette when it is an inappropriate time to have one. It also tends creates paranoid thoughts, and increases depression.

My advice is not to even start. I can't quit...

it will make your lungs black with a type of gooey mixture around the lungs which can lead to cancer and lack of breathing all u can get many heart attaks aswell.
