If there is a gap between your front teeth, braces can help. Some people also have a "frenum", which is a strip of skin preventing the teeth from getting close together. It is easily removed by the dentist, and may help the permanent teeth come closer.

Depending on your case there are a couple of solutions that a dentist can do to fill in a gap.

First would be place crowns on the teeth.

Next would be veneers which are like crowns but they only cover the facial and incisal surfaces of the teeth. This most time is not recommended they are really difficult to keep maintained and are replaced every 5 to 10 years.

Last would be a composite (tooth colored) restoration that would fill in the areas.

ask your dentists if he could place some bonding on them to fill the gap, and if he could file them slightly to shorten them. That would only take one visit.

Is there natraul ways to fix cavities I had gone so many years wo a cavity Then I switched dentists hmm and got four of them I can't stand the fillings do some dentists repair not fill them?

you repair a cavity by doing a filling Answer It is important to keep your teeth in good repair. Get the fillings. A natural way is prevention: brush your teeth with a quality toothpaste twice a day; stop drinking sodas, eat an apple daily. Periodically, you may go years without a filling and then have a year where there are several. It may or may not be the dentist.

Your teeth are a little big in size and you even have gaps between your teeth i wanted to know how can you fill in those gaps and if you can file your teeth to make them small so dat they look better?

Well, I'm not a dentist or anything, but my two front teeth are a bit large. And I have some crooked teeth and maybe one gap. Before I go on, I hope you all don't think I have bad teeth, because I really don't. LOL. Anyways, for my problem (a little crooked teeth) I have to get braces. But you should visit your dentist to find out how to fill in your gaps and make your teeth look better. It may take a long time and a lot of money. You might need a filling or maybe a drilling. Have you ever had any cavaties? (I haven't.) _______________________________________ If your teeth are already large, adding material to close the gaps will only make the teeth look overly large and un-natural. Also, filing the teeth will make the teeth look smaller, but the gaps will become larger. The only esthetic way of closing the gaps is by moving the teeth. That means braces. If traditional metal braces is not a viable option due to metal appearance, there are other methods including clear invisible braces and white braces.
