yes people can fly. you have to be at least 10ft off the ground. when you get that high the wind can pick you up, only if you let it. you most first jump off what your standing on head first. the wind will do the rest.

Obviously this is a lie from some prankster who wants to play off of gullible people. The real answer has to do with electromagnetic properties of the human body and is still theoretical.

Basically it's down strength and weight ratio, and gravity.

To be able to fly, you have to overcome gravity, the force that sticks us to the ground.

And humans are just too weak for our weight, or too heavy for our strength to be able to fly like birds - even if we would make us some wings.
