It really depends on which drug you are using. If a drug undergoes first pass metabolism or uses the liver enzymes to get chemically broken down, then it can damage the liver when abused. Drugs can also damage the kidneys if they are renally excreted. Inhalation of certain drugs can damage the lungs and decrease either lung capacity or the aveoli surface area for gas exchange. Drugs can also damage the brain if they cross the blood brain barrier in high concentrations and exhibit central nervous system side effects such as seizures. Overdose of certain drugs can also give you stomach ulcers and internal bleeding in your gastrointestinal tract. Thus as you can see, depending on the drug and how its used, it can damage severage key organs throughout the body. Ask your pharmacist to see how a drug can affect you based on your health status and what medications you are using.
