In the wild their best form of defense is running, hiding, and living in burrows. In captivity however their first line of defense is generally hiding, vocalizations, and may be followed by their teeth.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no guinea pig-specific vaccinations available. The only vaccine I can think of that you might want to consider for your guinea pig would be a rabies vaccine, but there are risks associated with this. There are no rabies vaccines that are validated to be safe or effective for guinea pigs, so it could cause a severe reaction or just not work to protect your guinea pig. The best option will be to protect your guinea pig by not letting it play outside unsupervised or unprotected.
they protect from threat & the young suckle from the mothers teat.
You probably squeeze your guinea pig's nipples too much or too hard. They could be biting or scratching it themselves , if your guinea pig is male this is nothing too worry about but if it's female and you want to use it for breeding purposes then you should get it checked out.
