Hindus are expected to do worship while doing worship.

Hindus worship praying through thoughts, verbal prayers, actions and deeds.

Worship using thoughts is by brooding about God.

Worship using thoughts and verbal prayers is generally repeating sacred verses.

Worship using actions is by using folded hands, prostrating before Idols, making sacred offerings in the form of flowers, food, incense, lighting sacred-oil lamps and the list is almost endless.

Worship using deeds is by starting with doing oneś own duties sincerely; by helping the needy and the poor; by mainting peace, by respecting elders, by protecting justice .... this list is also long.
