I don't know. I am a football player myself and summer workouts start in just about 3 to 4 weeks and I am trying out as a cornerback for junior varsity. I only weigh about 125lbs and I am about 5'7 or 8 and I am constantly in the weight room. My bench max for now is about 135 and I can put that up at least 1 time maybe more. I don't know, but I really need help, plus I did track and it ended like 4 weeks ago and I'm in pain now and I could barely run my full speed. I am worried.
