Possible, but the result wouldn't be that great. 1 chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. water
1 egg
Mix well, pour into 9 x 13 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. The corners were a bit dry. As for the rest, A little on the cake side but eatable. I used 1/3 Cup of Dark Chocolate and 1/3 Cup of peanut butter morsels in them. The conversion came from Cooks.com

Normally a brownie mix does not contain leavening agents, whereas a cake mix does include leavening agents. Also, a typical brownie mix will make much less batter than a cake mix.
Yes.
The same as cake mix. Approx. 3-5 months.
Yes. You can use buttercream as the frosting to bind your cake crumbles to make cake pops. Buttercream is also a good base if you're adventurous and want to flavor it and experiment with new cake pop flavors.
if you want to make it in a bread loaf pan you need 2 but if you are doing it in a regular cake pan or brownie pan you only need 1
Funnel cake are usually severed at festivals or parties which is why it is not found in most home recipe books. But there are many online recipe sites that provide step by step instructions for how to make funnel cakes.
Yes, you can. This will make your brownies richer and possibly sweeter. (This was done with Ghiradelli Brownie Mix)
In my experience the temperature of the oven makes no difference, but it is how you make them that makes them chewy or not. Most brownie mixes tell you how to mix it to make them cake like or chewy.
I think you can, because cakes are just like brownies. So i guess you can make brownies out of cake mix. I have to stress that you can "NOT" make true brownies from a cake mix. Commercial cake mixes contain a rising agent which makes the cake "rise" into an airy confection. Although brownies do have a rising agent, they contain a great deal less than that of a cake. For example when I make my homemade cakes I use one and a half teaspoons baking powder (the rising agent), when making my brownies I use only 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder (which as you can see is nearly six times less than what is contained in cakes). If you were to use a cake mix you would want to kill the rising agent which is difficult to do. I suggest buying a mix specifically for brownies or making your own.
well if you use Betty cake mix you can make 24 mini cupcakes
A batter is something like brownie mix or cake mix, thick a liquidy. A quick bread dough is a dough.
To make your own cake mix just combine the dry ingredients from your recipe and put them in an airtight container. Then when you want to make the cake add the wet ingredients and mix and bake.
